Paul has spent almost a quarter century counseling clients and successfully guiding them through the legal process.
A life-long New Jersey resident, Paul routinely litigates cases in state and federal courts and alternative venues (arbitration and mediation), ranging from multi-million-dollar disputes to lower exposure matters. A trained construction and commercial lawyer, Paul recognizes client concerns because he understands the business. He is an aggressive advocate, when necessary, while appreciating that sometimes a deft touch can achieve the same desired goal. At his core, Paul is results driven.
An astute listener and thoughtful counselor, Paul values relationships with his clients and understanding their needs and concerns. After working at large law firms, leading practice groups and managing offices, in 2023, Paul co-founded Danner Sagan Law, LLC, to afford clients greater professional and personal access.
Paul previously held a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Kenneth R. Stein and Presiding Chancery Judge R. Benjamin Cohen, both then with the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. He was also a long-time member of New Jersey Supreme Court’s District V-A Ethics Committee.
When not practicing, Paul volunteers as a member of the St. Francis Cathedral C.Y.O. Board and coaches his daughter’s basketball team. A die-hard Rutgers fan, he is also an avid hiker (ADK 46er #13980) and all-around lover of the outdoors.
