Daniel (Danny) Sagan is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney handling civil and criminal matters in New Jersey and New York.
For the past several years, Danny litigated hundreds of civil matters at a Top 150 law firm. Representing billion dollar corporations, small businesses and individuals with the same vigor, Danny knows his way around the State and Municipal Courts.
Danny also understands the New Jersey criminal system because he is a former prosecutor. He served the State of New Jersey for more than four years as an Assistant Prosecutor in Hudson County. He handled hundreds of criminal matters, including Grand Jury proceedings, acting as first-chair for jury trials and arguing evidentiary motions. A tireless advocate, Danny valued and respected his interactions with crime victims while pursuing justice.
Danny previously worked at the Passaic County Courthouse as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Randal C. Chiocca. During law school, he also worked for Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice Gilbert V. Indeglia.
Equally important, Danny is a valued member of the community. Growing up in North Jersey, Danny played quarterback at Blair Academy, where he later returned as a coach, and at Stonehill College. A committed and loyal friend, you can often find Danny helping out and volunteering in his hometown, Totowa, New Jersey.
Danny is admitted in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the State of New York.
